Job description

Supports student success by managing activities within Salesforce CRM and related student success technologies that enable advising, outreach, case management, student engagement, and communication for the Loper Success Hub. Serves as the primary CRM resource for the Loper Success Hub by supporting day-to-day CRM operations, providing user support, testing enhancements, conducting business analysis, delivering training, and developing reports and dashboards that support student success initiatives. Under the direction of the Senior Director of the Loper Success Hub, works collaboratively with partners in Enrollment Technology Strategies, Information Technology (ITS), and others to execute strategic use of CRM throughout the student success lifecycle. Serves as the functional bridge between the Loper Success Hub and the centralized CRM team. Coordinates, analyzes, and monitors student success data to evaluate program effectiveness, support continuous improvement, and inform strategic decision-making. In partnership with the CRM team admins, contributes to the development and application of workflows, communication campaigns, and predictive analytics that enhance student engagement, persistence, and retention. Supports onboarding/access and training of CRM users in the Loper Success Hub, other professional and faculty academic advisors. Helps plan and carry out updates and changes to university-wide CRM with guidance and collaboration from ITS personnel. Assists with assessment and reporting, including required reports for federal, state or private sponsors/funders. Supports outreach and marketing initiatives for the Loper Success Hub by developing communications and campaign content in collaboration with Success Hub colleagues and the CRM Communications team., Responsible for assisting the managers of the Surgical Services and Invasive Cardiology departments in inventory management. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Information Technology, Business, Marketing or related field. Ability to use database and system search tools to retrieve, organize, and analyze data for reporting and decision-making Ability to develop and coordinate strategic student communication plans Ability to manage multiple projects by establishing priorities, coordinating stakeholders, monitoring progress, and meeting established timelines. Exceptional attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and ability to work in a change-oriented environment. Must have effective communication and listening skills, ability to work independently and in a team. Preferred Qualifications: Two years experience working within a CRM or managing database, including analyzing and reporting data. Prefer Salesforce CRM experience. Experience applying marketing and communication principles, including audience segmentation, targeted outreach, and engagement strategies, to support campaign effectiveness.
