Requirements

Develops and operates cloud-native GIS solutions, bridging commercial GIS software and modern cloud infrastructure.

  • Designs and integrates GIS applications using both commercial (ArcGIS Enterprise) and open source tools.
  • Administers and installs ArcGIS Enterprise in distributed, multi-cloud environments.
  • Builds and maintains automated image build and deployment pipelines for GIS services on Kubernetes.
  • Establishes secure data transfer mechanisms between isolated environments.
  • Utilizes DevOps practices with Kubernetes, including microservices architecture and container deployment.
  • Manages code with tools like Git and works within agile teams.
  • Communicates fluently in German (written and spoken) and technical English.
  • Has hands-on experience with Open Source GIS tools (GeoServer, PostGIS, QGIS).
  • Brings strong administration experience with ArcGIS Enterprise in distributed settings.
