Application Architect III ServiceNow Developer

The position is primarily remote, with occasional travel to a designated central office-approximately one to two times per quarter. Interview process: One Microsoft Teams video interview. Candidates must be available on September 9 or 10. AI assistance is prohibited during the interview.

We’re looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, customize, and automate solutions across enterprise systems and business processes. Key requirements:

• Strong ServiceNow development experience, including scripting, workflows, and integrations
• JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, Glide scripting, and SQL
• Experience creating Business Rules and UI Policies
• Expertise in at least two ServiceNow modules, such as ITSM, ITAM, or CSM
• Experience with REST and SOAP APIs
• Knowledge of Flow Designer and Service Portal
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, or a related field

Preferred certifications:

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• Certified Application Developer (CAD)
