ServiceNow Architect/Developer

We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer with 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development and administration experience. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ServiceNow platform configuration, workflow automation, integrations, and full lifecycle implementations., * 5+ years of ServiceNow Development/Administration experience

• Strong experience with ServiceNow ITSM and CSM modules
• Hands-on experience participating in ServiceNow implementations, upgrades, or migrations
• Expertise in Flow Designer, Workflows, Service Catalog, Service Portal/Employee Center
• Experience with Client Scripts, Business Rules, UI Policies, and platform customization
• Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP integrations and third-party system integrations
• Experience with CMDB and working knowledge of HRSD
• Knowledge of ITIL processes, Change Management, and process improvement
• Experience creating reports, dashboards, and technical documentation
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills
• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS-ITSM, CIS-CSM)
• Experience working in Higher Education or Government environments
