SAP Project Manager with SD OTC

8+ years of SAP project or program management experience.

Experience leading SAP implementations in Order to Cash, or related functional areas.

Demonstrated success managing large-scale, cross-functional ERP transformation programs.

Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality processes, and operational business functions.

Experience managing executive stakeholders, business process owners, technical teams, and external consulting partners.

Strong communication, facilitation, and organizational skills.

Experience working in regulated industries such as Medical Device, Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, Aerospace, or similar environments is highly preferred., The successful candidate is a hands-on SAP program leader who can drive execution, hold teams accountable, manage complex stakeholder relationships, and bring structure and discipline to a large global transformation. Deep Manufacturing and Quality domain expertise is beneficial; however, proven SAP delivery leadership and ERP transformation experience are the highest priorities, with S/4HANA experience considered a strong plus rather than a requirement.
