Job description
Location: This position requires the candidate to work onsite in Seattle, WA, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, and work remotely on Mondays and Fridays.
The Integration Analyst, Benefits Systems & Data supports employee benefits data integrations, UKG reporting, system interfaces, and data exchanges between internal HR systems and external benefits vendors. This role partners with Benefits, HR, Payroll, IT, and vendors to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant transmission of employee data.
The ideal candidate has practical knowledge of employee benefits administration, UKG, customized reporting, interface support, data validation, process documentation, and benefits plan provisions., * Manage, monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain inbound and outbound benefit data interfaces between UKG and external vendors.
- Coordinate implementation, testing, mapping, validation, reconciliation, and ongoing maintenance of benefit-related file feeds and electronic data exchanges.

Develop and maintain customized UKG reports, dashboards, extracts, and automated reporting solutions for Benefits, HR, Payroll, and leadership. Analyze integration requirements, file layouts, data structures, and reporting needs; translate business requirements into clear specifications.
- Perform end-to-end testing for benefit plan changes, open enrollment, acquisitions, divestitures, vendor implementations, system upgrades, and enhancements.
- Investigate interface failures, data discrepancies, and reporting issues; perform root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
- Partner with Benefits, Payroll, HRIS, IT, and vendors to resolve integration issues, improve data quality, and support operational continuity.
- Use programming, scripting, or data transformation tools to support automation, validation, reporting, and interface improvement initiatives.
- Ensure employee data is handled in accordance with company policies, privacy standards, security requirements, plan provisions, and applicable benefits regulations.
- Support audits by providing documentation, reports, validation results, data controls, and evidence of system-related procedures.
SOPs & Process Documentation
- Develop, maintain, and update SOPs, interface specifications, file layouts, data mapping documents, test scripts, user guides, and process documentation.
- Document end-to-end workflows for eligibility, enrollment, payroll deductions, vendor interfaces, reconciliation, issue resolution, reporting, and compliance activities.
- Maintain current documentation reflecting system configuration, vendor requirements, process controls, plan provisions, and compliance obligations.
- Support knowledge transfer, version control, documentation standards, centralized repositories, and continuous process improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
- 3+ years of experience supporting HRIS, benefits administration systems, data integrations, reporting, or related technologies.
- Experience with UKG reporting, configuration support, data management, customized reports, data extracts, and automated reporting solutions.
- General knowledge of employee benefits administration, benefits plan provisions, payroll/benefits data relationships, and vendor data processes.
- Experience managing, testing, troubleshooting, and reconciling data interfaces with third-party benefits vendors.
- Knowledge of file transmission methods, including SFTP, APIs, and electronic data exchange processes.
- Demonstrated ability to create and maintain SOPs, workflow documentation, business requirements, technical specifications, and process controls.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, organizational, project coordination, documentation, and Microsoft Excel skills., * Experience supporting health and welfare, retirement, pension, leave administration, open enrollment, acquisitions, divestitures, or vendor implementations.
- Experience with SQL, XML, APIs, scripting languages, middleware, HRIS integration tools, or data transformation platforms.
- Familiarity with compliance requirements, data governance controls, process improvement, and operational documentation best practices.
