Data Mining Power BI SAP (Applications) Statistical Process Control (SPC) SQL Databases

Lead others in developing a culture of collaboration, compliance, and respect.
Collaborate within and across departments to improve the integrated management system (IMS).
Demonstrate leadership and judgement in the development of quality planning for products and manufacturing processes, including in new product introduction (NPI).
Lead cross functional teams in the development of systems and solutions to improve internal quality.
Lead the development of failure modes and effects analyses, and the design of improvements to address high risk priority numbers.
Perform measurement systems analyses and use the results to design improvements.
Lead root cause analysis of quality problems in manufacturing.
Manage the customer complaint process, prepare corrective actions, drive successful implementation, and update the customer on progress and outcomes.
Drive projects to improve supplier quality.
Serve as lead auditor for compliance with ISO 9001, both internally and onsite at our suppliers.
Daily, monitor and report quality performance for a group of products and manufacturing processes

ISO Audits experience/Lead Auditor preferred
SPC, SQL and Power BI is a must
Experience in SAP
QMS - Quality Management System experience in manufacturing environment.
Someone who has had customer interaction or customer facing experience is a plus, * Experienced quality engineer in technical manufacturing.
Demonstrated ability to perform the listed duties and responsibilities and to mentor others in the same.
Experience managing business-to-business customer relationships.
Bachelor of science in math, engineering, physical science, or a minimum of 7 years experience as a QE, * Qualified lead auditor ISO 9001.
Strong background in statistics and SPC.
Knowledge of materials science & surface characterization.
Data mining via SQL query and Power BI.
