DescriptionJoin the team.Make an impact.At Holded, we believe that daily admin should never stop a great idea from becoming a success.That’s why we create intuitive software to empower anyone who dares to start their own business.Long story short: we want to make business simple.In order to create cutting-edge products that meet the needs of the sector, talent is essential.We are looking for passion, creativity, and commitment.In return, we offer the same.The RoleWe’re looking for an Implementation Manager who thrives at the intersection of technology and customer relationships.You’ll own the end-to-end onboarding experience for our SMB clients, making sure they go live fast, extract real value from day one, and stay with us long-term.You’ll be the expert voice that translates business processes into software configuration - whether that’s migrating data, training users, or redesigning a workflow in Holded to match how a company actually operates.What you’ll doLead end-to-end onboarding projects for new clients: scoping, configuration, data migration, training, and go-live.Understand each client’s current processes (accounting, invoicing, inventory, HR, CRM) and map them to Holded’s feature set.Act as the primary technical contact during implementation, coordinating with the product and support teams when needed.Identify risks and blockers early, managing project timelines across multiple simultaneous accounts.Conduct remote training sessions and produce documentation (guides, videos, help articles) adapted to each client profile.Collect structured feedback from clients post-implementation and surface product gaps to the Product team.Contribute to scaling our onboarding methodology: templates, playbooks, and automation of repetitive tasks.RequirementsAbout you2-5 years in implementation, onboarding, or customer success roles at a SaaS company targeting SMBs.Hands-on experience with at least one of: Holded, Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Navision, Sage, or similar ERP/business management software.Strong understanding of core SMB business processes: accounting, invoicing, inventory, payroll basics, or CRM.Native Spanish speaker but fluent in English.Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without dropping the ball.Nice to haveExperience with data migration (CSV, Excel, API-based imports).Familiarity with integration tools (Zapier, Make, native API connections).Background in consulting, finance, or accounting.Exposure to ticketing or CS platforms (Intercom, Zendesk, HubSpot).What it’s like to work with usPermanent contract26 paid days-offFlexible working hoursShort work-day on FridaysFree catered lunchContinuous Training: annual budget for training for each employeeFully equipped kitchen with snacks, drinks, and fresh fruit.Top-notch work equipmentOffice in front of the sea with ping pong, pool table, PlayStation…Interesting projects and a great work environmentAn excellent opportunity to grow with the companyDiscounts on a Gym membershipAt Holded, we do things a bit differently.There’s no corporate nonsense, and no old-fashioned hierarchy.Instead, we work in self-sufficient, autonomous teams.Think of them like start-ups within a start-up that learn from each other.We didn’t start Holded to be another software company.We started Holded to be epic, and you will be part of it.CategoryCustomer Success
