Job description

We are seeking an experienced Maximo Application Suite (MAS) Technical Consultant to support enterprise IBM Maximo implementations, upgrades, migrations, integrations, and production support. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS) 8.x, Maximo 7.6.x, integrations, automation scripting, data migration, and technical troubleshooting., * Design, develop, configure, and support IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS 8.x) solutions.

Perform Maximo 7.6.x to MAS upgrade and migration activities, including assessment, planning, execution, and validation.
Configure and troubleshoot Maximo Integration Framework (MIF) integrations.
Develop and support integrations using REST APIs, Web Services, JSON/XML, and enterprise interfaces.
Develop and maintain Automation Scripts using Jython/Python.
Configure and customize Workflows, Escalations, Domains, Applications, and Database configurations.
Perform data migration, cleansing, mapping, reconciliation, and validation activities.
Configure security groups, user access, roles, and application-level security.
Troubleshoot application, integration, workflow, and database-related issues.
Analyze system logs and integration errors and provide root-cause analysis.
Support SIT, UAT, production deployment, go-live, and post-go-live stabilization.
Collaborate with functional teams, developers, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders.
Prepare technical documentation, configuration guides, migration plans, and support documentation.
Ensure Maximo solutions follow enterprise architecture, security, and performance standards.

Requirements

Strong hands-on experience with IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS) 8.x.
Experience with IBM Maximo 7.6.x and migration/upgrades to MAS.
Strong knowledge of Maximo Integration Framework (MIF).
Experience with REST APIs and Web Services integrations.
Proficiency in Jython/Python Automation Scripts.
Strong understanding of Maximo Workflow and Escalation configuration.
Experience with Maximo database configuration and SQL.
Hands-on experience with data migration and validation.
Knowledge of Maximo security, security groups, roles, and access controls.
Strong troubleshooting and production support experience.
Experience supporting go-live and post-production stabilization., * Experience with enterprise asset management implementations.
Knowledge of MAS application components and architecture.
Experience with cloud or containerized Maximo environments.
Familiarity with CI/CD and deployment processes.
Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
