Job description

This is a development-centric, hands-on application developer role. The successful candidate will deliver technical solutions by managing all phases of the software development life cycle. This position involves analyzing business or technical requirements, designing solutions, and developing business-critical components while working with technical and business partners., * Analyze business or technical requirements and design solutions to develop business-critical components.

Engage in application design, development, delivery, and post-production support.
Enhance the existing application stack and act as an application manager for key reference data applications.
Work closely with project support, such as the Scrum Master, and report progress regularly.

Requirements

Experience: A minimum of 3 years of professional experience is required; 5-10 years is preferred. Candidates directly from school will not be a fit for this role.

Technical Skills:

Java
Oracle SQL
Experience writing optimized SQL queries.
A good understanding of unit testing concepts.
Strong understanding of software build and release management.
Familiarity with development patterns.
Experience with projects in multiple technologies and functions.
Proven experience in building scalable and robust applications.
Experience with Agile development.
