Job description

You are an experienced Application Engineer who is energized by solving complex customer challenges in Memory Interface and Interface IP. You bring a practical, hands-on approach to lab debug, silicon bring-up, and technical problem-solving, and you communicate effectively across global teams. You are comfortable supporting customer engagements, including occasional travel of up to 15-20% (dependent on location). This role can be based in the Bay Area, Austin, Boxborough, or Ottawa., * Supporting post-sales integration and silicon bring-up of Memory Interface PHY IP, including HBM, DDR, and LPDDR, as well as Controller IPs

  • Delivering technical presentations and training to help customers deploy solutions successfully
  • Creating documentation and user collateral that improves product usability and adoption
  • Collaborating with internal and customer engineering teams to solve technical challenges
  • Staying current with memory protocols such as DDR5, LPDDR6, MRDIMM2, and HBM4
  • Driving product usability, customer success, and technology adoption

Requirements

  • 8+ years of industry experience in Memory Interface IP such as DDR, LPDDR, and HBM, or other Interface IP including PCIe, Ethernet, and UCIe
  • Experience with Controller IPs, AMBA bus interfaces, AXI, and backend engineering
  • Hands-on experience with lab debug and silicon bring-up
  • Proficiency in Linux, Verilog and/or VHDL, and ASIC design flows
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics Engineering, ideally with a VLSI focus
