Job description

Design, develop, and deploy AI and machine learning models for production-grade legal SaaS applications.
Build intelligent solutions using Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) to automate legal processes and enhance product capabilities.
Develop robust data pipelines, feature engineering workflows, and AI services for processing large volumes of legal documents and structured data.
Implement AI-powered features including intelligent legal search, document classification, contract analysis, information extraction, summarisation, predictive analytics, and conversational AI.
Develop and optimise RAG pipelines and AI agents for legal research and knowledge retrieval.
Integrate AI models with APIs, cloud platforms, databases, and modern software architectures.
Ensure AI solutions meet high standards for accuracy, reliability, explainability, data privacy, and security.

Requirements

2-8 years of experience in AI Engineering, Machine Learning Engineering, Data Science, or a similar role.
Strong Python development skills.
Experience building and deploying production-grade machine learning or AI solutions.
Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, NLP, RAG, AI agents, document intelligence, or information retrieval.
Understanding of data engineering concepts including ETL/ELT pipelines, APIs, cloud data platforms, and data modelling.
Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP.
Familiarity with frameworks and technologies such as LangChain, LangGraph, Hugging Face, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar is an advantage.
Experience working with legal, regulatory, compliance, or other document-heavy domains is a strong plus.
Fluent in English.
