Azure Cloud Architect

• Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform.
• Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards.
• Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products.
• Be a productive member of the team.

• 7+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure engineering and architecture.
• Experienced Cloud Architect / Cloud Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in designing, implementing, and optimizing cloud monitoring and management solutions across hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
• Experience on Azure Arc, Azure Monitor, automation, reporting, governance, and operational excellence across cloud and on-premises infrastructure.
• Design and implement Azure-based cloud management and monitoring solutions.
• Define monitoring architecture, standards, alerting, and operational governance for cloud and on-premises environments.
• Design and implement Azure Arc solutions for hybrid and multi-cloud VM management and monitoring.
• Configure Azure Arc onboarding, Azure Policy, governance controls, security, and operational monitoring.
• Design and configure Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Data Collection Rules, alerts, thresholds, and health indicators.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities using Azure Arc and Azure-native services.
• Support configuration, testing, troubleshooting, operational improvements, and knowledge transfer.
• Integrate monitoring and operational processes with ServiceNow, including CMDB, Event Management, and Incident Management.
• Design Azure dashboards, Workbooks, KPI reporting, and executive monitoring views.
• Establish proactive monitoring and actionable insights through analytics and observability solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Strong hands-on experience with: Microsoft Azure, Azure Arc, Azure Monitor, Azure Log Analytics, Azure Policy, Infrastructure Monitoring & Observability
• Experience managing hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
• Strong understanding of cloud governance, security, and operational best practices.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code and automation frameworks.
• PowerShell, Azure CLI, Bicep, ARM Templates, or Terraform.
• ITIL-based operational processes.
• Enterprise-scale monitoring and observability solutions.
• Azure Arc architecture and deployment guidelines.
• Azure Arc-based hybrid and multi-cloud VM monitoring.
• Standardized Azure Monitor alerting and thresholds.
• Monitoring governance framework and configuration standards.
• Cloud management automation roadmap.
• Operational dashboards and reporting framework.
• Technical documentation and knowledge transfer for support teams.
