Requirements

Pega CSSA minimum certification with 4+ years’ experience with CSSA

  • Translates business requirements into Pega rules/configurations
  • Design, develop and implement Pega applications following guardrails and best practices
  • Implement integrations using REST/SOAP/JDBC
  • Lead technical design sessions, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior developers
  • Comprehends Enterprise Class Structure with inheritance to build shared components and ensure scalable architecture
  • Debug and optimize performance using Pega diagnostic tools
  • Strong skills with communication, leadership, and collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum -Previous upgrade and PEGA cloud experience desired
