Experienced in leading Digital programs Integrations with eCommerce and SAP applications large global distributed teams., 12 years experience in information technology digital technologies. Experience in handling large digital transformation and Integration programs and App development. Experience in leading and managing teams with partner agencies and globally distributed virtual teams. Extensive experience planning facilitating eliciting documenting and managing business functional and technical requirements. Experienced in Agile Scrum ways of working. Played customer facing roles and sound experience in handling senior customer stakeholders independently. Strong customer focus expertise in understanding customer needs stated and unstated and being able to consult provide possible alternatives. Analyze evaluate and overcome program risks and produce program reports for management and stakeholders. Ability to schedule and manage tasks effectively. Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Experience in working with and influencing senior client stakeholder conversations.
