Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience working on complex projects, including 2+ years in a leadership role as a Specialist.
  • 7+ years of experience supporting data conversion projects, including:
  • Source system metadata analysis
  • Source-to-target data mapping
  • Data profiling and cleansing
  • To-Be data requirements
  • Data synchronization
  • 2+ years of experience working within an Integrated Eligibility System (IES) program in the Fair Hearings and/or Data Management domain within a Health and Human Services (HHS) environment., * 5+ years of experience with data quality, data profiling, data cleansing, data standardization, and SQL development using:
  • RDBMS platforms such as Oracle
  • Data quality tools such as Informatica Data Quality (IDQ)
  • 3+ years of experience analyzing data and business processes to identify data quality issues and support:
  • Data cleansing
  • Data transformation
  • Data migration
  • Data quality improvement
