  • Integrated Eligibility System (IES) - Mandatory
  • Data Analysis & Data Conversion
  • Source-to-Target Data Mapping
  • Data Profiling, Data Cleansing & Data Quality
  • ETL & Data Migration
  • Oracle / SQL
  • Informatica Data Quality
  • RDBMS Tools
  • Health & Human Services (HHS) Domain
  • Fair Hearings and/or Data Management
  • UNIX Shell Scripting
  • Data Transformation & Validation
  • Query Performance Tuning, * 7+ years of experience in Data Analysis and complex data conversion projects
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience supporting an Integrated Eligibility System (IES) program
  • Strong experience in Fair Hearings and/or Data Management within the Health & Human Services domain
  • Experience with source metadata analysis, data mapping, profiling, cleansing, synchronization/bridging, and conversion QA
  • Strong hands-on experience with Oracle, SQL Server, and Informatica Data Quality

Only candidates with strong IES experience will be considered.
