Healthcare Systems Analyst

Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.

Work with stakeholders to define epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Partner with product owners, BSAs, developers, and QA teams throughout the SDLC.

Analyze system workflows, integrations, data flows, and business processes.

Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, testing, releases, and issue resolution.

Translate business needs into clear technical requirements and solutions.

Identify risks, dependencies, and process improvements.

Ensure solutions align with healthcare standards and compliance requirements.

15+ years of experience as a systems analyst, business systems analyst, technical BA, or similar role.

Strong healthcare domain experience required; payer/provider experience preferred.

Experience with Agile/Scrum or SAFe methodologies.

Strong understanding of SDLC, requirements analysis, system integration, and healthcare processes.

Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Must be able to work 3 days onsite in Woodland Hills, CA.
