Job description
The Network Analyst is responsible for day-to-day operations of Enterprise data communications and local systems and resources at Keystone and Breckenridge ski resorts including network switches, wireless communications, and copper and fiber plant infrastructure. The Network Analyst works as part of the IT team led by the Sr. Network analyst to proactively identify problems and facilitate solutions in a manner that provides an Experience of a Lifetime for employees and guests. The Network Analyst prioritizes safety and guest service while living the company’s core values to deliver excellent IT support., Be Safe:
- Prioritize and ensure personal, coworker and guest safety in all aspects of your work.

- Engage in company trainings and initiatives to support safety.
Serve Others:
- Support and administer server infrastructure
- Support PC technicians by providing network knowledge to assist in accomplishing tasks
- Use the work ticket management system to manage start-to-finish work flow for support tickets in alignment with company metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
- Provide exceptional guest service supporting users and collaborating with coworkers, ensuring the Experience of a Lifetime.
Drive Value for the Company:
- Maintain network systems, wireless 802.11 enviroments, and end device connectivity.
- Physical fiber and copper cable patching and troubleshooting.
- Create and maintain documentation detailing network projects, design, & configuration
- Manage projects with internal stakeholders and 3rd-party vendors to add, fix, or replace existing network infrastructure both on-mountain and in resort base area(s)
- Willingness to bring new ideas to team(s) for constant evaluation, improvement, and/or implementation of Vail Resorts IT systems while adhering to IT standards
- Strive for continual improvement and growth by actively participating in company and IT-specific training.

Requirements
Do you have a valid Driver’s License license?, Do you have experience in Wireless network configuration?, Do you have a Associate’s degree?, * Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age, * Positive, enthusiastic, and friendly.
- Solution oriented with desire to learn new skills.
- In depth knowledge of the support needs within an enterprise environment.
- Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time.
- Able to move 50 lbs (with assistance if needed).
- Should be able to work a schedule that can include weekends and holidays.
- Ability to ski or snowboard at intermediate level, or desire to learn.
- Valid US driver’s license., * Network+ and/or CCNA Route/switch certification or level knowledge
- CWTS and/or CWNA wireless certification or level knowledge
- Associates or undergrad IT degree
- 2+ years experience working in IT
