PM Data Specialist

The PM Data Specialist is responsible for creating and maintaining preventive maintenance (PM) records within SAP using information provided by OEM equipment manuals, customer standards, and maintenance team feedback.\n \n This position supports the maintenance organization by ensuring equipment records, PM task lists, maintenance frequencies, and recommended critical spare parts information are accurately entered and maintained in SAP. The role is primarily focused on data management, documentation, and SAP administration rather than maintenance execution, scheduling, purchasing, or inventory management.\n \n Primary Responsibilities\n \n Preventive Maintenance Program Development\n \u2022 Review OEM equipment manuals and technical documentation.\n \u2022 Create preventive maintenance task lists in SAP based on OEM recommendations.\n \u2022 Enter recommended maintenance frequencies and inspection requirements into SAP.\n \u2022 Update PM task lists as equipment documentation changes.\n

u2022 Maintain consistency and accuracy of PM data across customer sites.\n \n Equipment Data Management\n \u2022 Create and maintain equipment records and functional locations within SAP.\n \u2022 Ensure equipment information is accurate, complete, and properly categorized.\n \u2022 Update equipment data as modifications, upgrades, or replacements occur.\n \u2022 Audit records for completeness and accuracy.\n \n Critical Spare Parts Documentation\n \u2022 Review OEM manuals to identify recommended critical spare parts.\n \u2022 Develop suggested spare parts lists for maintenance and operations teams.\n \u2022 Document part descriptions, quantities, and relevant OEM information.\n \u2022 Submit recommendations to site personnel responsible for inventory management and purchasing.\n \n SAP Maintenance Support\n \u2022 Create, modify, and maintain maintenance-related records within SAP.\n \u2022 Process PM updates requested by technicians, supervisors, and site leaders.\n \u2022 Support site maintenance teams with SAP PM data questions and record updates.\n \u2022 Assist with data cleanup and standardization efforts.\n \n Continuous Improvement\n \u2022 Identify opportunities to improve PM documentation quality and consistency.\n \u2022 Support standardization of PM templates and maintenance records.\n \u2022 Recommend process improvements related to SAP data management and PM record accuracy.\n \u2022 Participate in customer initiatives and special projects as assigned.\n \n
