Palantir Business Analyst

The Palantir Business Analyst serves as a strategic liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, supporting the implementation and optimization of Palantir-based data and analytics solutions. The role focuses on business process analysis, data-driven decision support, requirements management, and solution adoption., * Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.

• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions.
• Translate business needs into data and analytics requirements.
• Support Palantir Foundry solution design and implementation activities.
• Define business processes, workflows, data requirements, and reporting needs.
• Assist with data validation, testing, and user acceptance activities.
• Develop business cases, process documentation, and executive briefings.
• Support change management and solution adoption initiatives.
• Collaborate with data engineers, architects, and product owners.

• Bachelor of Science in Computer Science
• Minimum 15 years of experience in business analysis, requirements management, or enterprise solution delivery.
• Experience supporting enterprise data, analytics, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of data governance, business intelligence, and analytics concepts.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Palantir Foundry certification or equivalent Palantir Academy credentials.
• Federal government experience.
• Experience supporting large-scale data modernization programs.

The expected compensation range for this position is $110,000 - $140,000 annually. Compensation is determined in good faith and may vary based on job-related factors, including relevant experience, skills, education, certifications, clearance level, labor category alignment, contract requirements, work location, internal equity, and business needs. The posted range reflects the Sky’s reasonable estimate at the time of posting and does not guarantee a specific salary or rate. Final compensation will be determined based on the selected candidate’s qualifications and applicable contractual and business considerations.
