Java Developer

• Analyse complex business processes and translate requirements into scalable Camunda BPMN and DMN models.
• Ensure seamless integration of Camunda with existing enterprise systems and third party applications.
• Monitor and troubleshoot Camunda workflows to maintain high system availability and performance.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle including design development testing deployment and maintenance.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize process automation and operational efficiency.
• Maintain up to date documentation for Camunda workflows configurations and best practices.
• Stay current with the latest Camunda features industry trends and emerging technologies related to process automation

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of complex Camunda BPMN and DMN workflows aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical guidance on Camunda capabilities.
• Develop custom extensions and integrations to enhance Camunda platform functionality.
• Conduct code reviews unit testing and performance tuning for Camunda processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to Camunda workflows and integrations.
• Mentor and support junior team members in Camunda best practices and development techniques.
• Coordinate with cross functional teams to ensure successful deployment and adoption of Camunda solutions.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards and security policies in all Camunda implementations.
