Job description

Act as primary Product Owner for IT and digital solutions supporting radio astronomy research.
Collaborate with scientists, engineers, and IT teams to gather and prioritize requirements.
Maintain and refine the product backlog, ensuring clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
Define and communicate product roadmaps aligned with NRAO’s scientific and technical strategy.
Partner with Scrum Masters and development teams to plan and deliver iterative releases.
Use data and user feedback to validate features and drive continuous improvement.
Ensure strong alignment between digital tools and the needs of research programs.
Communicate product vision, status, and outcomes to stakeholders at all levels.
