Senior Java Developer

• Strong experience as a Senior Java or Full-Stack Developer;
• Mandatory hands-on experience with Java 6;
• Mandatory hands-on experience with JavaFX;
• Mandatory hands-on experience with Swing;
• Experience developing scalable and efficient Java solutions;
• Experience maintaining and optimizing existing applications;
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing;
• Experience deploying applications in on-premise environments;
• Good knowledge of Clean Code, SOLID principles, and security best practices;
• Experience working in Scrum environments;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Ability to coach and mentor junior and mid-level developers;
• Availability to participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation after appropriate training;
• Dutch or French, combined with very good English.

• Experience with LeSS or with multiple teams working from a single backlog.
