Service Desk Officer

Keystone Solutions is seeking a Service Desk Officer for a consultancy mission at a client site. This role involves being the first point of contact for IT inquiries from employees and external partners, providing both first and second-line support in accordance with established SLAs., * Act as the primary contact for IT questions from approximately 1,450 employees and external partners.

• Manage user inquiries through Ticketing Service (TOPdesk) and email.
• Provide support via the Helpdesk phone line for urgent queries.
• Install laptops with Windows 11 for new employees or to replace outdated devices.
• Support laptop software (W11 + O365) and assist in the transition from AS400 to SAP.
• Collaborate closely with the Digital Service Desk team and other departments such as Digital Systems and Digital Infrastructure.
• Document and manage the duty roster for helpdesk coverage.

• Proven experience in a service desk or IT support role.
• Strong communication skills in Dutch; limited English support may be required.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems, preferably TOPdesk.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
