With a global footprint and a platform spanning trading, asset management, custody and tokenisation, they are scaling out their London and Newcastle trading technology teams to build the next generation of IRD’s trading systems. Excellent salaries and top benefits package in place to attract the best talent.What you will getDiscretionary bonus and equity / share schemes.Access to continuous learning, mentoring and personal growth.Hybrid working with a strong London or Newcastle office presence.Smart, entrepreneurial colleagues at the cutting edge of digital assets.What you will doBuild the next generation of low-latency IRD’s trading systems from the ground up.Develop core server-side C#.NET components across order management, market connectivity, low latency messaging and price distribution.Work deep in the stack - performance profiling, optimisation and tuning under live trading conditions.Application building for advanced FIX Connectivity development.Collaborate closely with front office traders, quants and product teams.Own issues end-to-end - from design through to production support.Contribute to the technical strategy of a fast-growing trading platform.What you need:10+ years of relevant Microsoft tech development experience within Trading systems environment.Excellent core .NET and C# skills and exceptional knowledge of concurrency and multithreaded programming.Proven experience developing low latency pricing and trading systems including event driven architecture.Strong application performance profiling and optimisation skills.Experience working in a low latency, zero GC environment (eFX or similar a strong plus).Knowledge of institutional encodings (FIX, SBE) and low latency messaging (e.g. Aeron, 29West).Familiarity with fault tolerant, high availability, distributed computing.A right to work in the UK without sponsorship. #J-18808-Ljbffr
