About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Professional Services Consultant to join our growing technical team. This role will play a key part in delivering exceptional IT services and solutions to our clients, combining hands-on technical expertise with strong consultancy skills. You will be responsible for providing end-to-end technical support and project delivery, both remotely and onsite, ensuring a seamless and professional customer experience at all times. The key role responsibilities include: Delivering end-to-end technical support, ownership, and resolution of client issues in line with agreed SLA/KPI targets. Travelling to client sites to deliver technical services, including project work and escalated support. Installing, Demonstrable SharePoint administration and user support/training capability Experience with virtualisation technologies (VMware/Hyper-V).
