Job description

We are seeking an Asset Data Co-Ordinator to support the Operational Team in ensuring that core asset and contract data is accurately captured and set up correctly within CAFM systems for Asset Management, Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and Helpdesk activities. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining accurate asset information, supporting compliance requirements and contributing to the effective operation of maintenance programmes., We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who can support asset data processes, system updates and mobilisation activities while working closely with Operational and Technical Teams. This role requires strong system skills, a proactive approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy., * Support the Operational Team in ensuring core asset and contract data is accurately captured and configured within CAFM systems.
- Undertake full asset and PPM management by developing and managing maintenance schedules for physical assets.
- Ensure all asset and contract data complies with legal regulations and building engineering standards.
- Support and carry out asset data processes, including asset loading and contract updates.
- Conduct PPM data gathering activities and maintain data accuracy within the CAFM system.
- Load data changes into Asset Management system instances and maintain API integration mappings to CAFM systems.
- Support data mobilisation and deployment activities, identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements and error reduction.
- Audit an agreed percentage of work activity, review technicians’ comments and update work plans accordingly.
Requirements
- Strong system skills, including Microsoft Excel with basic formulas and pivot tables.
- Computer literate with a broad range of IT skills, including Microsoft Word and Outlook.
- Experience using CAFM systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
- Proven ability to work under time constraints.
- Proactive, collaborative and customer-focused mindset.
- Mature customer service ethic with a flexible approach to meeting client requirements.
- Ability to multitask and work independently without direct supervision.
