Job description
The role will focus on optimising the use of Investran across the business, supporting system configuration and fund structures, improving reporting and automation, resolving platform-related issues, and contributing to upgrades, testing and ongoing system development.
The successful candidate will work closely with operational and client-facing teams, acting as a key point of contact for Investran-related queries and helping drive consistency and best practice across the organisation.
Requirements
- 5+ years’ relevant experience within financial services and/or fund administration systems
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Investran
- Experience with system configuration, troubleshooting and platform development
- Experience with reporting, data remediation and process/output automation
- Strong Excel skills
- Previous experience supporting or training system users
- Yardi, VBA or investor portal experience would be beneficial
The position can be based in Southampton or London and offers a hybrid working arrangement, depending on business requirements and the chosen office.
