Job description

Capture and translate customer needs into clear system specification and acceptance criteria
Shape technical roadmap together with a team of system- & software engineers, breaking down requirements into tasks and milestones
Own and prioritize the product backlog, balancing new features, technical improvements, and customer feedback
Drive the development of user-centric, high-performance UIs with Qt/QML, aligning design with usability and architectural integrity
Perform risk management activities by proactively identifying and resolving issues before they impact delivery
Ensure high-quality product delivery on time within agreed budget and scope
Manage collaboration with external suppliers and subcontractors, ensure seamless integration into the overall system
Regularly monitor, evaluate and report progress, challenges and customer feedback. Keep stakeholders informed

Requirements

Completed studies in Computer Science, Aerospace or comparable
Work experience in the field of Engineering and Aerospace
Professional experience across the entire system engineering lifecycle of simulation projects
Experience in managing external suppliers and subcontractors
Understanding of modern software development methodologies (Agile, DevOps pipelines, containerization)
Familiarity of software technologies (C++, Ot/QML)
Understanding of military aircraft systems, operational procedures and mission workflows is considered as an advantage
Fluent English skills, written and spoken
