Job description

You’re a team player, authentic, open, and face challenges with a positive mindset? Then you’re a perfect fit for us!

  • Take ownership in SAP MDG projects from initial design through to successful implementation - and ensure that solutions create measurable value for our clients.
  • Guide clients through process analysis, work with them to define requirements, and develop future-oriented optimization opportunities using SAP MDG.
  • Implement technical solutions for business partners, materials, or financial master data together with an interdisciplinary team, ensuring smooth and reliable operations.
  • Conduct feasibility studies, proof-of-concepts, and customer workshops independently, applying a structured and pragmatic approach.
  • Contribute your expertise to project leadership and play a key role in shaping the further development of innovative SAP MDG solutions within our portfolio.

Requirements

  • A degree in business informatics, engineering, business administration, natural sciences, or a comparable qualification forms the foundation of your expertise.
  • Several years of experience in consulting and implementing SAP MDG solutions have equipped you with strong professional skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP MDG architecture and proficiency in ABAP development are part of your background.
  • Practical experience in master data management is ideally complemented by familiarity with SAP BTP or related modules such as MM or SD.
  • You are confident working in both SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments and communicate fluently in German and English.

Benefits & conditions

  • Join a culture built on initiative, collaboration, and mutual support. We offer exciting client projects, competitive compensation, and strong opportunities for professional growth.
  • Your onboarding includes welcome days in Frankfurt, a buddy program, and access to internal networks. Enjoy flexible working hours, remote work, and the option to work temporarily from abroad.
  • With 30 vacation days, additional special leave, and a time value account for longer breaks, you have room to recharge and maintain a healthy work-life balance.
  • Our training curriculum and tailored development paths support your career goals, while events and cross-location networks create opportunities to connect and learn.
  • You’ll also benefit from Urban Sports Club, Corporate Benefits, private use of IT equipment, and mobility options such as JobRad, a company car, or BahnCard. Successful referrals are rewarded with an attractive bonus.

We work hybrid: depending on project requirements, you’ll work remotely, from one of our offices, or at the customer’s premises.
