[Responsibilities] - Design and capture electrical schematics, guiding PCB board layouts for advanced avionics products. - Perform electrical Worst Case Analysis and Electrical Parts Stress Analysis to ensure system reliability. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, integrate, and certify leading-edge avionics systems. - Troubleshoot and resolve test anomalies, supporting system-level testing and certification processes. - Generate, review, and present technical documentation

Requirements

[Required Skills and Experience] - Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline, or equivalent experience. - Minimum 3 years of professional experience in digital circuit design at the card/board level. - Proficiency in schematic capture and analysis. - Technical evaluation of design and requirements verification. - Experience in multiple phases of aerospace hardware development. - Strong written and presentation communication skills. - Active DoD Secret clearance is required. [Preferred Skills] - Experience with Xpedition or similar schematic capture tools. - Electronics simulation using PSPICE, Saber, or equivalent. - Hands-on electronics analysis (Worst Case, Parts Stress, FMECA). - Background in missile design and failure investigation on electronic hardware. - Demonstrated problem-solving, conflict resolution, and adaptability. - Ability to work effectively in diverse, collaborative teams.
