Preferred Skills - Advanced degree with 10+ years of digital hardware design experience. - Background in Electronic Warfare, Aerospace, or Defense. - Proficiency in Cadence Concept, Allegro, Mentor Dx Designer, Expedition. - Familiarity with Xilinx, Altera, Actel, PCB Design, RF, and EO systems. - Experience in team leadership, mentoring, and cross-functional communication. - Current Top-Secret Clearance.
