[About the Role] Join a world-class team in Littleton, CO as a Circuit Design Engineer, driving the development of advanced avionics systems in a state-of-the-art Integrated Product Development environment. [Responsibilities] - Design and capture electrical schematics, guiding PCB board layouts for cutting-edge avionics products - Conduct electrical Worst Case Analysis and Electrical Parts Stress Analysis to ensure robust and reliable performance - Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the aerospace hardware development cycle - Support integration, troubleshooting, and resolution of test anomalies at the CCA, unit, and system level - Prepare, review, and present Product Certification documentation; assist with system-level testing and certification processes - Engage with management
Requirements
peers, and government customers through effective presentations and written communications [Required Skills and Experience] - Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; or equivalent experience/education - 3+ years of professional experience in digital circuit design at the card/board level, including schematic capture and analysis - Proven experience in aerospace hardware development phases and technical evaluation of designs - Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to present complex technical concepts - Active DoD Secret security clearance [Preferred Skills] - Proficiency with schematic capture tools such as Xpedition - Familiarity with PSPICE, Saber, or similar electronic simulation tools - Background in missile design and electronics analysis (Worst Case, Stress, FMECA) - Experience in failure investigation at CCA, unit, or system level - Demonstrated skill in consensus building, problem solving, and conflict resolution within diverse teams
