Job description

Manifest Solutions is currently seeking an IT Help Desk Support Technician for a position in Columbus, OH. Skills/Responsibilities

Provide superior customer service, accurately logging tickets, and effectively transitioning and escalating unresolved problems.
Troubleshoot hardware/software incidents reported in to the Service Desk
PC and laptop deployment
Familiarity with Microsoft operating systems, Apple iOS, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft desktop applications.
Strong problem-solving and logical thinking skills, able to absorb and relate to new technical concepts quickly and build on knowledge learned.
Willing to grow into more responsibilities in the role as experience is gained
9:00-5:00 shift
Client onsite service when required
On call 1 week, off 3 weeks

Requirements

1-2 years IT/admin experience
Office 365 management experience
Intermediate Windows OS experience (Mac/Linux is a plus)
Switching, WLAN and firewall experience
Customer Service experience Applicants only, no third parties or agencies please. 6-month probationary period to hire
