The Senior Functional ERP Manager - Oracle will be responsible for leading cross-functional IT business initiatives for a global semiconductor organization. They will serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and IT delivery teams, driving enterprise application strategy, business process improvements, requirements gathering, solution design, and end-to-end implementation across Oracle ERP and related business systems., * Lead cross-functional IT business initiatives for a global semiconductor organization.

• Drive enterprise application strategy and business process improvements.
• Gather requirements, design solutions, and oversee implementation across Oracle ERP and related systems.
• Collaborate with engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, finance, and operations teams to ensure technology solutions align with business objectives.
• Manage vendors, project timelines, risk, and stakeholder communications.
• Lead complex enterprise transformation initiatives.

• 10+ years of IT functional consulting or business systems leadership experience.
• Experience in semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing environments.
• Strong expertise in Oracle ERP.
