Job description

We are seeking experienced Data Center Technician II professionals who thrive in hands-on technical environments. This role goes beyond basic hardware support and requires strong troubleshooting skills, independent problem-solving, and real-world break/fix experience within enterprise data center environments.

The ideal candidate has experience diagnosing hardware failures, replacing critical server components, supporting infrastructure deployments, and maintaining high-performance computing environments., * Diagnose and resolve server hardware issues independently.

  • Perform break/fix repairs and identify root causes of hardware failures.
  • Replace and install components including:
  • Power Supplies
  • Memory Modules
  • SSDs
  • CPUs
  • GPUs
  • Other critical server hardware

Infrastructure Deployment

  • Rack, stack, cable, and deploy servers and networking equipment.
  • Support new infrastructure installations and technology rollouts.
  • Configure server settings, IP addresses, and system access credentials.
  • Perform firmware upgrades and hardware updates.

Data Center Operations

  • Support ongoing maintenance of enterprise-class infrastructure.
  • Replace damaged or faulty cables, optics, and connectivity components.
  • Assist with hardware upgrades, migrations, and capacity expansions.
  • Collaborate with network and infrastructure teams to ensure maximum uptime and performance.

Requirements

  • Proven Data Center Technician experience.
  • Strong Level 2 break/fix troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience diagnosing hardware issues without relying on scripted troubleshooting guides.
  • Hands-on server repair and hardware replacement experience.
  • Experience within production data center environments.
