Experience & Skillset RequirementsAssociate’s or bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Extensive background experience with system administration, network administration, or similar rolesExpert-level knowledge of: Microsoft 365 Administration including:Entra IDExchange OnlineSharePointHybrid Identity ArchitectureStrong understanding of networking principles and experience managing network infrastructure - switches, routers, firewalls, and VLANs. Experience with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and managing cloudbased infrastructure and services. Knowledge of virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). Familiarity with backup and disaster recovery solutions and best practices. Experience with scripting and automation tools (e.g., PowerShell, Bash). Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing time effectively across multiple tasks and deadlines.
