Job description

Provide senior-level engineering, administration, and support for enterprise systems infrastructure.
Administer and support Windows and Linux servers, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, certificate services, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Azure, virtualization, storage, backup, and monitoring platforms.
Manage and support VMware environments, including vSphere, ESXi, vCenter, high availability, clustering, and virtual infrastructure lifecycle activities.
Support enterprise storage, SAN/NAS, backup and recovery, replication, disaster recovery, and business continuity capabilities.
Serve as a third-level escalation point for complex server, identity, virtualization, storage, cloud, security, and performance issues.
Participate in infrastructure architecture, solution design, system integration, capacity planning, migrations, upgrades, and major technology initiatives.
Participate in after-hours or on-call support for escalated production issues as needed.

Requirements

8+ years of progressive experience in systems engineering, enterprise infrastructure, systems administration, or a related technical field.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Strong hands-on experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, PowerShell, and enterprise identity services.
Experience with VMware vSphere, ESXi, and vCenter, including high availability and virtual infrastructure management.
Experience with enterprise storage, SAN/NAS, backup and recovery, replication, disaster recovery, and capacity management.
Experience with Microsoft Azure, Entra ID, Microsoft 365, hybrid identity, MFA, and Conditional Access.
Strong troubleshooting skills across servers, storage, virtualization, identity, cloud services, application dependencies, network dependencies, and system performance.

Benefits & conditions
