Job description

A Kforce client has an exciting opportunity for an experienced IT Fraud Project Manager at a financial services company. This is an 18-month contract, and the right candidate will have experience in banking operations, specifically within fraud, disputes, adjustments or case management environments. The position is primarily remote, with onsite requirement one day per month in San Antonio, Dallas or Houston, TX.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience
  • Project Management Professional Certification (PMP)
  • CSM or PMI-ACP preferred
  • 5+ years of experience independently managing medium to large-sized projects
  • IT PM experience in banking/finance
  • Experience supporting fraud, disputes, claims, adjustments, or case management platforms within a financial services organization
  • Proven track record delivering projects from planning through execution
  • Knowledge of Project Management disciplines
  • Knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Project
  • Proficient in MS365 applications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Intermediate-level proficiency in MS Project
  • Project schedule development and management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate work across business and technology teams
  • Candidates should be able to clearly articulate their relevant experience and accomplishments

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
