SAP S/4HANA TM Consultant

• Assess functional impacts of the S/4HANA 2025 upgrade on SAP TM
• Review SAP Release Notes, Simplification Items, and upgrade documentation
• Validate end-to-end transportation and logistics processes
• Perform hands-on functional configuration and testing - no coding required
• Troubleshoot defects and perform root cause analysis
• Support integration, retrofit, deployment, and dual-maintenance activities
• Ensure freight planning, carrier selection, shipping, and other critical logistics operations remain uninterrupted
• Partner across Application Development, BPMA, TCA, integration, testing, and Change Management teams

• Hands-on SAP Transportation Management (SAP TM) experience
• Strong SAP S/4HANA experience
• Experience supporting S/4HANA upgrades, migrations, or implementations
• SAP TM functional configuration and hands-on testing
• Transportation/logistics process knowledge - freight planning, carrier selection, shipping, etc.
• Strong integration testing, defect resolution, and root cause analysis experience

IMPORTANT: This is specifically SAP Transportation Management (SAP TM). Candidates with general SAP S/4HANA experience or experience with other TMS platforms (Descartes, Manhattan, Oracle, etc.) without hands-on SAP TM will not qualify.
