Strong PowerPoint / executive slide-building skills - able to produce polished, leadership-ready decks independently Agile/Scrum program delivery - sprint cadence, backlog management, cross-functional coordination Hands-on familiarity with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, or similar) - comfortable using them as working tools, not just aware of them Executive communication and presence - able to hold the room under pressure and give a clear ask rather than a status recitation Project planning and governance - budget/resource tracking, risk/issue management, milestone reporting Nice-to-have skills or certifications: PMP, CSM, or SAFe certification Financial services or finance-function domain experience (accounting, controllership, treasury, or adjacent) RPA vs. AI / agentic AI architecture judgment (human-in-the-loop design, shadow-mode testing, phased rollout gating)
