Requirements

  • Standards & Compliance: Strong knowledge of WCAG 2.1 guidelines.
  • Tech Stack: Hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, and ARIA roles.
  • Testing & Tools: Proficiency with accessibility audit tools (e.g., WAVE, Siteimprove) and screen readers (e.g., NVDA).
  • Remediation Experience: Proven track record in web development, UX design, or digital content/document remediation.
  • Communication: Ability to document technical issues clearly and train non-technical teams on best practices.
