IT Project Mangaer

A client in the entertainment space is seeking a contract IT Project Manager to support delivery of high priority technology initiatives across global operations. This role is execution focused and will manage multiple concurrent projects including user migrations, infrastructure upgrades, office moves, and enterprise system rollouts. This is a hands on delivery role. The ideal candidate is highly organized, technically strong, and comfortable working directly in the details. This includes managing large datasets such as user lists, migration trackers, and budgets while driving projects forward in a fast paced environment. This role partners closely with infrastructure, service desk, and business stakeholders globally.

• 5+ years of IT Project Management experience

• Direct experience sitting within a corporate enterprise IT organization

• Heavy infrastructure and enterprise technology rollout experience

• User migrations, offices moves, or large scale operational IT initiatives

• Strong tactical project execution

• Jira/Confluence or similar governance tools

• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, lookups, and data reconciliation

• Experience in supporting internal IT teams rather than product or software delivery

• Comfortability with AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.)
