Job description

Design and develop Java-based software capabilities while integrating agentic AI workflows into daily engineering routines.
Utilize modern frameworks, tools, and methodologies including Spring, RESTful web services, Git, Maven, Nexus, Linux, and Agile.
Work with cloud and database technologies such as AWS, Azure, Elasticsearch, and MongoDB., * Design, develop, and implement complex Java-based software capabilities for enterprise systems.
Integrate advanced AI agents and agentic workflows into daily software engineering processes.
Leverage autonomous agents for multi-file feature implementations, complex codebase refactoring, and automated test generation.
Develop RESTful web services, microservices, and enterprise APIs adhering to object-oriented programming paradigms.
Utilize configuration management and build tools including Git, Maven, and Nexus within a Linux command-line environment.
Collaborate within an Agile software development lifecycle using standard tool suites such as JIRA and Confluence.

Telework: This position supports a hybrid work arrangement requiring at least two days per week on-site.

Requirements

At least 5 years of experience in Software Engineering, Modern Java Frameworks and Libraries (e.g., Spring, Guava) and a Bachelors in related field; 3 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 9 years relevant experience.
