Mid-Level Java Software Engineer [$274k/yr+]

• Design, develop, and implement complex Java-based software capabilities and enterprise APIs.
• Leverage microservices architecture and modern frameworks to deliver scalable solutions.
• Integrate advanced agentic AI tools into daily engineering workflows for automated testing and codebase refactoring.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile environment while providing technical mentorship., * Develop robust Java applications utilizing Spring, Guava, and modern object-oriented paradigms
• Design and implement RESTful web services and enterprise API architectures
• Utilize autonomous AI agents to drive multi-file feature implementations, refactoring, and test automation
• Manage application context across multi-repository architectures and audit agent-generated code for security and performance
• Build and deploy microservices within Linux operating environments and cloud ecosystems
• Maintain configuration management, build, and deployment pipelines using Git, Maven, and Nexus
• Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and mentorship to fellow engineering team members
• Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, tracking work via Jira and Confluence
• Work with distributed database and search technologies such as Elasticsearch and MongoDB
