Salesforce Developer (Job Code: 1013)

Responsible for architecting and implementing automated workflows that extract structured data from uploaded documents and populate corresponding fields within Sitetracker records; develop logic to classify document types, validate extracted data, and ensure accurate mapping to Sitetracker objects and fields; create reusable components and frameworks to support future document processing use cases; design and develop custom Apex classes, triggers, and asynchronous processes, primarily on the ContentVersion object, to initiate document processing workflows immediately upon file upload; design, develop, and implement automated workflows to process and coordinate documents within an enterprise SaaS platform; analyze and extract structured data from uploaded documents and map data to system records and fields; develop logic to classify document types, validate extracted data, and ensure accurate data integration; design and develop custom applications and components using Salesforce technologies, including Apex, Lightning components, and asynchronous processing frameworks; develop and maintain reusable components and scalable frameworks to support document processing and data integration use cases; implement error handling, logging, and monitoring mechanisms to ensure reliability and traceability of automated processes; collaborate with cross-functional teams, including administrators and developers, to ensure alignment with platform best practices, performance considerations, and security standards; integrate document processing and OCR technologies to extract and process text and metadata from various document formats; analyze and improve system performance and accuracy of data extraction processes; evaluate and implement enhancements to support evolving business and technical requirements; implement robust error handling, logging, and retry mechanisms to ensure reliability and traceability of automated processes; utilize Salesforce Einstein OCR and Einstein Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) to analyze document structure, identify key fields, and extract relevant data elements; train and refine AI models to improve accuracy of text recognition and field extraction over time; utilize and apply knowledge of Salesforce APEX, Lightning Applications, Sitetracker, Einstein Analytics, Data Loader, Visualforce, SOQL, Force.com Workbench, JavaScript, RDBMS, Salesforce REST API, and Visual Studio Code to complete assigned tasks; and evaluate and implement fallback OCR/AI engines when needed to support complex or low quality documents.

Experience must include two (2) years use of all the following: Salesforce APEX, Lightning Applications, Sitetracker, Einstein Analytics, Data Loader, Visualforce, SOQL, Force.com Workbench, JavaScript, RDBMS, Salesforce REST API, and Visual Studio Code.

Will also accept any suitable combination of education, training, and/or experience., Education: Bachelors - Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology and Analytics, or in a related field of study (will accept equivalent foreign degree).

Experience: Two (2) years in the position above, as a Salesforce Business Analyst, as a Solution Lead, as a Software Developer, or in a related occupation.

Salary: $108,950 per year (Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), STD/LTD, life insurance, and EAP)
