We value people who want to win and thrive in high-ownership environments.We’re building the system that lets complex, real-world work move at software speed.WHO WE ARE LOOKING FORWe’re looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer who thinks in customer workflows, not tickets or isolated features.This is a role for someone who wants to sit with users, decide what should exist, build it end-to-end, and put it in their hands.You will fit right in if you have experience with:Customer Embedding - Work directly with customers to understand their real workflowsProduct Engineering - Design and build end-to-end user workflows, from UI to backend logic and dataDomain Translation - Translate messy real-world processes into clear, intuitive softwareFrontend - Build production-grade UI using modern frontend frameworks (React, TypeScript)Backend - Implement APIs, business logic, and data models that support complex workflowsAI Integration - Design and integrate AI-powered features (LLMs, agents, model-backed APIs) into customer workflowsProduct Judgment - Be opinionated about what to build, what not to build, and when to shipOwnership - Build fast and ship production-grade systems with high ownershipWHAT YOU WILL DOShip from Day 1 - Deploy to production immediately and own real product surface areaOwn it end-to-end - Run customer calls, write the spec, build it, and ship itSolve real problems - From UX polish to backend logic to jumping on customer callsWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR TECHNICALLYStrong experience with TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks (React or equivalent)Comfortable building backend services in PythonExperience integrating AI systems (LLMs, agents, model-backed APIs) into production productsAbility to reason about complex workflows, not just CRUDComfort talking directly with customers, including non-technical domain expertsStrong plus if you have:Founder or ex-founder experienceEarly-stage or stealth startup backgroundFounder fellowships or similar environments (EF, YC, Antler, etc.)Experience as a forward-deployed / solutions engineer (Palantir, Ramp, Scale, etc.)Experience building AI-powered products in productionExperience working where requirements were unclear and evolvingYOUR FIRST MONTHShip to production from day oneOwn problems end-to-end, from definition to deploymentDo what needs doing, including UX polish, debugging, and customer interactionWE OFFERPace and purpose - In-person in London (visa sponsorship available)No friction - Relocation, visas, meals, and tools fully coveredA tight-knit team - High standards, high trust, no politics #J-18808-Ljbffr
