Reporting Specialist / Senior Specialist - Data Quality & Governance iverse)

Do you want to shape how financial data is governed in a complex, international organization? Are you interested in working at the intersection of data, processes, and business decision-making?

Join our team and help build robust data governance standards for highly sensitive finance data.

Tasks

• Implement data governance and data quality frameworks for finance data

• Design pragmatic and compliant solutions for:

• data access control
• data sharing across the organization

Collaborate with Lufthansa Group standardization bodies on governance frameworks

Identify stakeholders and ensure effective onboarding and rollout of new policies

Act as a consultant for:

• data owners
• data scientists
• business analysts

Participate in data-related projects

Drive a “data quality first” mindset:

• define quality metrics
• establish continuous improvement cycles

Lead cross-domain initiatives (e.g. data catalogue)

Ensure transparent and regular communication of initiatives and results

Build and maintain a strong network within the Lufthansa Group data community

*Perform all other duties assigned or delegated by supervisors

• 3-5 years of experience in:

• digital transformation
• data management

• process management

• Experience working with data and processes (airline industry is a plus)
• Degree in Business, Data Science, Information Systems or similar

• Solid understanding of:

• data quality
• data lifecycle
• data management concepts

Strong analytical and conceptual thinking

Experience in process design and optimization

Excellent stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels

Proactive, flexible, and solution-oriented mindset

Very good command of English (German is a plus)
