Systems Engineer

• Support the design, development, testing, and validation of electro-mechanical systems, including concept generation and performance evaluation against specifications.
• Participate in design reviews and technical team activities, contributing data analysis, system interaction assessments, and recommendations for improvements.
• Assist in troubleshooting manufacturing and system issues, identifying root causes, and proposing engineering solutions.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of manufacturing processes, reliability testing, and quality initiatives (Quality First Time).
• Document work, present findings to team members, and support innovation efforts, including assisting in the development of patentable concepts.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Foundational knowledge of engineering principles and familiarity with electro-mechanical systems.
• Basic to intermediate proficiency with engineering tools and software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, technical documentation).
• Ability to analyze data, follow standard engineering practices, and work within defined procedures.
